You enter through the screened porch and into the living room with fireplace, couch, and sitting chairs. The dining table and chairs are adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking with full size refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. These cottages are a split-level design with three steps up to the bedrooms and bath giving the living area higher ceilings and a larger living space. These cottages have a roof-top deck (Surf Rider and Ocean Side have distant views of the ocean), outside shower, BBQ grills, picnic table and clothesline. There is a large sandy area behind these cottages for children to play and each cottage has plenty of space outside for family events.
