"We 3 (husband, wife, German Shepherd) enjoyed every minute of our first stay and we have booked Sea Haven for one week next May and one week next September. Steps to the dunes/ocean/miles of pristine beach! Comfortable furniture; kitchen tiny but has it all! A big bonus is the rear deck (front deck holds the gas grill); truly a private "penthouse" overlooking treetops with ocean views! Do not miss sunrise from the back deck, or the end of the dirt lane or from atop the dunes! A haven it is...we look forward to spending many spring and autumn vacations here! --The Freys from CT
"This was the first time my family of five (three teenagers) stayed at a Surfside property and from the first time I contacted Armand about renting until the vacation was over, I had a very enjoyable experience. Armand is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area. His main concern is how he can help you have the most pleasurable vacation. He is just a great guy. The location of Sea Haven is absolutely ideal. It is steps from the scenic beach and extremely convenient, especially if you want to go back and forth between the beach and the cottage. The slope down to the beach is steep but manageable. The waves were very big at times and always great for boogie boarding and surfing. Sea Haven was very well maintained and offered all the comforts of home and then some! The Satellite High Definition TV with the premium channels was a huge bonus and the central air was a luxury. There are only a few cottages after Sea Haven so there is very little traffic on the street which made it very quiet and secluded. There are restaurants, gas stations and general stores close by. We had such a great time that we are already planning for next summer. If you are looking for a picturesque Cape Cod vacation on a beautiful ocean beach then look no further." --Charlene M.
"The cottage is very basic, but it really doesn't matter when you are steps from the beach! After a decade in Wellfleet, we can say this was our favorite location. It was great to be on the beach in one minute, no parking permit, no hassles...we loved it!The cottage isn't the fanciest, but it is clean and cozy and a great deal for the money. It was everything we needed. The pictures give a very accurate picture of what you are getting.Armand and Lisa are awesome -- very friendly and helpful, and always available by phone to help."
"Sea Haven was a perfect location for us and our two dogs. We enjoyed the comfort of the cottage, proximity to the beach and the hospitality of the property managers. If you want to avoid the commercialism of the Cape, this is the place! And, October weather was beautiful!" --Alice L
"The location was wonderful. The house was clean and had all the amenities we thought it would have. The A/C was EXTREMELY wonderful due to it being very hot and lacking a breeze that week. TV reception was GREAT for my husband. Access to the beach was easy as was biking to CCRT and along Ocean Rd. to Cahoon's Hollow, Long Pond and PJ's. I also loved that it accepted animals." --A reviewer from Connecticut
