This 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is in a location that cannot be beat. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, there are only a few cottages in the National Seashore offering such a view.
Located at the end of a dirt road with very little traffic (i.e., quiet), it is literally the last cottage on the right side of the road before the ocean. Just a short walk down to a magnificent ocean beach with majestic sand dunes and crashing ocean waves.
Offering central air-conditioning and heat, Wi-fi Internet access, Cable TV with surround sound, remote-controlled gas fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers, a wrap-around deck, gas BBQ and a view to die for.
The kitchen area has a refrigerator/freezer, a 4 burner electric stove with oven, microwave oven, toaster, a drip coffeemaker with filters along with pots and pans and dishes.
This cottage rents on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis during the summer season.

Private location on a bluff with a magnificent view of the ocean. Natural setting; non-commercial. The cottage was well-furnished, very clean and with new appliances. (However, TV is old tube type with muffled audio:( The wrap-around deck was spacious and furnished with picnic table, deck chairs, lounger and coffee table. 20 minutes from P-town (off-season:) ---Linda M.
Management Response: Thanks for great review. We have updated the cottage with a new, flat-panel TV, mounted on the wall in the living room with surround sound speakers and a new, composite-wood, wrap-around deck to prevent splinters.
We almost didn't want to write this review because we don't want our secret out! We love staying at the Surfside Cottages. They are in a perfect location, Lecount Hollow, and are beautifully maintained. Armand, the manager, is helpful from the time you reserve to the time you check out. We can't wait to go back each spring. This property has an amazing view of the ocean, a great deck and plenty of parking. It also has a newly renovated kitchen with a large refrigerator. Wonderful cottage with a spectacular view and perfect location! It was very comfortable, and the management was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We spent a lot of time biking and the cottage was minutes away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and PB Boulangerie, an amazing French bakery and restaurant. The ocean view was perfect: we could see it from the living room and deck and hear the waves at night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! ---Veng, Malden, MA
