"We rented 95 Rockwell (in) July. The house is beautiful. A home away from home and immaculately clean. We offered to take our 8 and 9 year old on various adventures on the Cape and they refused. The didn't want to leave the house/beach! (nor did we!) Armand made check-in a breeze and we were settled in quickly. Having rented all over the Cape for many, many years I have to admit that 95 Rockwell might be my favorite property and it will be hard to stay anywhere else with my family! The beach is lovely, the neighbors were friendly, easy commute to the center of town/harbor...Pb Boulangerie down the street...And a washer and dryer! My husband and I loved the sitting area and roof deck in the master suite and having our own bathroom. It was nice to have a place to retreat after the kids went to sleep where we weren't disturbing them and could still hear/see the ocean. All in all one of our favorite vacations!" ---Keri from Massachusetts
"Our stay at 95 Rockwell Ave. was certainly one of our best vacation experiences. The house itself was very comfy, cozy, roomy, and immaculately clean. It came equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was super convenient. Firewood was provided for a bonfire on the beach which was totally awesome. The best of course was it's location...just a short walk down the dirt road and there you were...at the top of the dune. It was such a luxury to just pop down to the beach whenever and not have to worry about driving. We enjoyed the view and on some nights could hear the sound of the surf. Also, if you are into biking like us it was an easy mile ride to the bike trail. I can't say enough about its location. It was an easy drive to the other beaches and to ponds and a short drive to Wellfleet Center without having to get on Rt. 6, a big plus considering summer traffic. Last but not least was our wonderful, kind, and gracious host, Armand. We truly thank him for making our stay so very pleasant." ---Diane from Connecticut-
"We were there for the first week of June. It is a good to time to avoid the crowds of the summer and enjoy the activities of Cape Cod. The cottage being in a National Park, it is quiet and surrounded by trees, shrubs, birds and cute little rabbits. It is close enough to the beach. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The living room is cozy and convenient. The kitchen is large and equipped with modern and high quality appliances and utensils. The location is convenient to reach all places of interest on the Cape. On the deck one can sit in the sun and have a nice view of the ocean. Armand, the manager is a very nice person and always ready to help or provide the guests with useful information. On our next trip to Cape Cod, we will certainly make this our first choice for a cottage."---A reviewer from Ottawa, Canada
"The house was immaculate and updated and had all of the amenities of home. The location was great and was a short walk to the beach and less than a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which has miles of paved trails for running and biking. Wellfleet also is a beautiful town and was a five minute drive from the house. ---A reviewer from Longmont, CO
"House was beautiful and the location was convenient to the beach, ponds and many good restaurants. Armand was very helpful and attentive. The stairs down the dunes to the beach were very close, but were not for the faint of heart (very, very steep)." ---A reviewer from Maryland
